A couple more pics of the kids and one of Jones on the mend. We are constantly reminded of our blessings.
KR and Potty Training
While Laurel was in Seattle, KR got the idea of surprising her with a pair of potty-trained twins. So the rewards were purchased and the project began. It worked and they did SO well. The spa treatment was a big hit.
Trip to Children's Hospital
Mark & Laurel were missing their other kids while they were over in Seattle with Jones, so we decided to head over for a visit on February 8th. The logistics were similar to moving a small navy task force, but we made it and had a nice visit\lunch at Children's Hospital. Jones was doing better, so that was some great news.
Quality Time With the Grandkids
Mark & Laurel had quite the scare with Jones in late January and into February. Laurel covered the details of the medical situation in her blog, so my intent is not to do that again, but to give a shout out to a Grandma that stepped in and did what she always does - what is necessary, and then some more. She is such a good woman. Needless to say, we got a lot of "up close and personal time" with Emmett, Eva, Isaac, and Henry. Other than pictures of them being cute, which is a given, we have Grandpa playing "Avoid the Snake" (another of his creative games) with Isaac, Henry constantly wondering where Jones was, and Henry's birthday cake.
