KR With a Little Pinch of Salt

I just like this picture. Such a cutie. Taken on the Utah Salt Flats on our way home from Utah in January. In the background is Pilot Peak, a famous landmark for pioneers crossing the Great Salt Lake Desert on the Hastings Cutoff to California.

Family Memories

We made a quick trip to Utah in early January for a unique family experience. We have been working on the temple ordinances for a large number of Anderton family names for several years. It was decided to finish them up in a one-day family blitz. Over 30 of us gathered in the Bountiful Temple and did endowments and sealings together as a family, and then had an enjoyable dinner afterwards at a local restaurant. Kudos to all those that planned the details and to all for making it happen. It was a remarkable experience.

Hamsters

We had the standard family experience with hamsters - miniature ones in our case. It is too bad we didn't have better information, they would have been a lot more fun.

A Snowy Winter

Okay, we have had enough already. I am officially over winter and willing to do any amount of yard work to bring on the warmer weather.
